Film Project / Production: 2024 BUSINESS OF MUSIC INDUSTRY PANEL

As a participant, hereby grant permission to Globe Vision Inc. & In The Black Network and its representatives to record my likeness and voice on film or any other electronic or digital medium, including but not limited to audio and video recordings, photographs, and any related media, during the BOMIP event on February 02, 2024.

I understand and agree that my appearance, name, voice, and likeness may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes by Globe Vision Inc. & In The Black Network and its affiliated partners, sponsors, and media outlets. This includes but is not limited to advertising, marketing, public relations, social media, websites, and other promotional materials.

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my appearance, and I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I also waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the recording.

I understand that all rights to the recording, including copyright, shall belong to Globe Vision Inc. & In The Black Network and its assigns. I release Globe Vision Inc. & In The Black Network, its officers, employees, agents, and designees from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me during the event or as a result of the use of the recording.

I am of legal age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read and understood the terms of this release form and willingly agree to its contents.
